The artwork is wrapped and securely placed in a customised, sturdy box. We use premium packaging materials, such as bubble wrap and foam inserts, to protect your artwork from any potential damage during transit.
Domestic Shipments (Within the UK): Expect your artwork to arrive within 5-10 business days. We understand the importance of prompt delivery, and we work with reliable carriers to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner.
International Shipments: For our international customers, shipping takes a bit longer due to the added complexity of crossing borders. You can typically expect your artwork to reach you within 10-25 business days. Rest assured, we keep a close eye on international shipments to minimise any delays and provide you with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Items delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies, or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. These will be due before your items will be delivered.
In the majority of cases, the recipient will be responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the items and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that may be levied outside the UK. The recipient of the items, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you are ordering Items to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are aware of their responsibility for these additional charges.
Please note that in some countries, such as the USA and Canada, the person ordering may receive a request for payment of these charges, in which case you will be responsible for paying these additional charges. Payment by you or the recipient (as applicable) must be received by the relevant customs authority before delivery of the Items will be made.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes.
We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in countries other than the UK before you place your order. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with information which we hold relating to the items or order for which you may need to arrange customs clearance.
You (or the recipient of the order if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the items. Therefore, before placing an order, you are responsible for checking that any items ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
We will act on your behalf as an exporter of the items and will complete export declarations in our name on your behalf.
If an order is placed and restrictions that we were not aware of at the time the order was made are applied by the customs authority of the destination country, then we will cancel the order and return the payment to you.
Q: Can I return my item if I change my mind?
A: We always want you to be satisfied with your artwork. If you’ve had a change of heart and want to return it, you have 14 days from delivery to reach out to us to organize a return. Online returns are free of charge.
Q: What if I’ve misplaced the original packaging?
A: Please ensure the item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. Inadequately packaged items damaged in transit may not qualify for a refund.
Q: How do I arrange a return or exchange?
A: For online purchases, our Customer Service team will guide you through the return or exchange process. We’ll arrange for collection by either DPD courier or our delivery service on a convenient day.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order is damaged upon arrival, please keep all original packaging and inform us immediately. We’ll arrange reframing, a replacement, or a refund based on your preference.
Q: When can I expect my refund?
A: Refunds are processed centrally and should be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
